This for quality and efficiency improvementsApplies lean manufacturing principlesSupports and applies new technologies in factoriesEmploys equipment, practices, and procedures which promote a healthy, safe, and secure work environmentExecutes the processes and standards with embedded quality into the way of working including adherence to compliance with safety, Cost regulatory- and environmental requirements as well as local laws , Philips General Business principles and other policies Defines, executes and controls validation activities in LCM.Performs technical analysis and participates in feasibility studies.Driving current state and future state roadmap factory/VSM.Operations involvement in PDLM by providing input into manufacturing requirements and gate reviewsResponsible for the performance of processes, tools and equipment after project hand-over is completed (catching)Provides expert support in outsourced product industrialization and change implementationJob Requirements
